Responsible gaming framework
  • Operator-side enforcement of deposit, loss and session limits via wallet integration
  • Reality checks and session timers exposed through standard aggregator hooks
  • Self-exclusion respect at the wallet layer — no game-side override possible
  • Configurable autoplay caps, with autoplay disabled in regulated UK / NL builds
  • Clear bet, balance and win/loss display in every round, on every device
  • Underage prevention deferred to operator KYC — no anonymous play paths

Apex titles are designed so that the operator wallet remains the single source of truth for player protection. We never bypass operator-side limits.

Data protection
Data residency
EU-region storage by default · regional pinning available
Encryption
TLS 1.3 in transit · AES-256 at rest
PII scope
Minimal — operator player ID and round metadata only
GDPR posture
Data processor role under operator controller agreements
Retention
Round and audit logs retained 5 years (configurable)
Right to erasure
Pseudonymisation pipeline on operator request

DPA template available on request. Sub-processor list maintained for partner audit.

Game integrity

Provably fair from round zero.

Seeded rounds

Each round outcome is derived from a server seed + client seed + nonce. Server seed hash is published before the round; full seed is revealed after, allowing any party to re-derive the outcome.

Independent RNG

Production RNG to be certified by iTech Labs. Math models submitted to BMM Testlabs per title with signed reports available to operators.

Audit trail

Every round persisted with seeds, bet, payout and timing metadata. Operator portal exposes round explorer; 5-year retention default, longer on request.

Honest disclosure

Pre-launch supplier · pre-certification.

Apex Gaming Labs is currently in the pre-launch phase. Certifications, jurisdictional authorisations and ISO accreditation are scheduled, not issued. We will never claim a credential we do not hold. Operators and aggregators evaluating Apex for distribution will receive direct visibility into our submission progress, lab correspondence and audit-readiness materials under NDA.
